This Commercial Agreement is made between Influence Ltd. and our INFLUCNERS.

Influence will provide fundraising and donations to our INFLUCNERS based on the performance of the Fundraising Campaigns run by Influence. This agreement sets out the charitable donation structure that Influence will donate based on each successful event fundraising effort for a INFLUENCERS.

Agreed Donation:
Influence will provide a statement of performance from each Fundraising Campaign. The charitable donation table below is calculated against event income received by the Fundraising Campaigns run by Influence.

Payment:
Payment of donations will be held until Influence receive the corresponding payment for Services from the end supplier. Donation payments will be ongoing for as many fundraising campaigns run for each member (providing there is mutual commercial relationship in place with the end supplier).
 
Agreement and notice period
The agreement shall be active on a monthly rolling basis, from the commencement date; either party may terminate the agreement by giving no less than one month's written notice to other party.
